Dear friend,

My name is DP Vishwakarma, and today, I am excited to share a lot with you. By the end, you will understand how I can assist you in finding and defining your fitness and health, leading to a more peaceful life.

But before that, let me tell you more about myself who I’m. 

I’m an author, life coachIndian internet entrepreneur and the founder of companies like KeywordsFly Technology and LensFlix Productions.

I hold a world record title in the ‘Golden Book of World Records for “Most Nationalities Contributing in a Business Book.”  

I have been featured in various reputed Hindi and English newspapers such as the Indian Express, Patrika, Financial Express, Pioneer, Jagran, Zee business, Business World, Tribune, Punjab Kesari, and The Times of India.

But But But… a few years ago, I found myself feeling weird, overweight, low in energy, and very unmotivated to work on my health and fitness.

I was aging too fast in my 20s and struggling with various health issues such as deteriorating eyesight, gray hair, dull skin, digestive problems, and many more.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, one day, I asked myself, “Why am I getting unhealthy day by day?

One reason was that I was too busy building my startups and burning money on enjoying life, including traveling, fast food, late-night parties, and all you can think of.

But when I was fighting COVID-19 for the second time, I promised myself that if I recovered, I would change my life forever.

Not only did I change my life, but I also extended a helping hand to many people facing similar struggles, guiding them with practical roadmaps to establish good health and fitness.

Also, I started a group of fitness coaches and nutritionists who are equally passionate about helping people improve their health and lives. We believe that you can live peacefully while enjoying pizza, pasta, and burgers. 

Yes, it’s all possible when you understand how exactly the body reacts to foods.
